Established in 2008 as Mahatma Yoga Foundation, Mahatma Yoga Ashram is well-equipped yoga school offering regular yoga retreat, Ayurveda treatment, reiki healing classes, naturopathy, and other short term services throughout the year to the worldwide population. Registered with Yoga Alliance USA to offer 200 hour yoga teacher training to beginners and intermediate level yoga practitioners, this Ashram also conducts regular 200 hour yoga instructor certification course.
Mahatma Yoga Foundation is an organization bridging the gap of yogic knowledge between the ancient and modern world. The foundation has two buildings where the participants are accommodated in a single room with private bath. We have up to 25 people in each session who live yogic lifestyle learning, practicing, sharing and exploring together.
All the participants are provided with three vegetarian meals per day. These meals are prepared in the Ayurvedic recipe to ensure the good health of the participants. If you stay for at least a week, you will get one complimentary Ayurveda massage. If you stay for two weeks or Sunday falls in between your stay, you can participate in extra activities.
